Non-Returnable Items
❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse ❌ Products returned after 7 days of delivery ❌ Items without original packaging ❌ Cosmetics that have been opened or used
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
